- Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide solutions to end users
- Quickly escalates priority issues to leads as per customer specifications
- Provide input on process changes and best practices
- Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates
- Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality
- Provide exemplary customer satisfaction
- Meet quality standards on all contacts handled
- Complete 9 hours of staff time on all rostered days
- Handle contacts while maintaining KPI targets as per agreed limits.
